At WADDELL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
